  • Some classes are taught follow along style meaning there is an instructor at the front leading the class demonstrating exercises as you participate in it. Other classes are demonstrated at the beginning of class and then you rotate from station to station to complete the workout.

BARRE

In this ballet inspired low-impact, high-intensity workout, you'll transform your body using a combination of ballet, pilates, and yoga techniques. DANCE FIT

Where fitness meets fun on the dance floor! Get ready to unleash your inner dancer and sweat it out to the hottest beats. Our dynamic class features energizing dance moves ensuring a full-body workout that leaves you feeling empowered and invigorated. Each session features easy-to-follow choreography inspired by various dance styles, from hip-hop to Latin and everything in between. Dance Fit is the perfect way to shake off stress, boost your mood, and sculpt your body while grooving to the music! No dance experience required.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Join us for an exhilarating workout that packs a punch. Each class combines dynamic kickboxing moves with heart-pumping cardio drills to torch calories, improve endurance, and build a lean physique. You'll unleash your inner warrior as you jab, cross, and kick your way to a stronger, leaner you. Cardio Kickboxing offers a fun and empowering way to relieve stress, boost confidence, and unleash your full potential.

TABATA

The Tabata protocol consists of 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest or switching, repeated for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes). This structured format not only boosts your metabolism and burns calories during the workout but also continues to do so afterward, thanks to the "afterburn" effect.


AERIAL & FLOOR CONDITIONING

A unique fusion of aerial and floor conditioning, designed to elevate your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness level. You'll alternate between exercises on the floor and in the air using aerial silks or hammocks, as well as traditional conditioning techniques. The aerial component adds an element of excitement and challenge, as you navigate through suspended poses and sequences, enhancing balance, coordination, and aerial awareness. On the floor, you'll focus on strengthening exercises tailored to complement your aerial practice, building stability and power to support your aerial endeavors. RHYTHYM PILATES

Embark on a rhythmic journey to sculpt your body with our dynamic Rhythm Pilates class! This innovative fusion of traditional Pilates movements and rhythmic beats promises an invigorating and engaging workout experience. You'll flow through a series of controlled movements, synchronized with energizing music that sets the pace for each exercise. As you synchronize your breath with movement, you'll enhance your core strength, improve flexibility, and build long, lean muscles.
