Whether you’re a personal training client, small group client, or a class client, or a mixture of the three (yes, that’s an option!) YOU get to decide how you enjoy moving your body best. Do you like the rush of a good HIIT session? Do you like the slow burn of pilates? Do you want to forget you’re working out lost in dance? YOU get to choose. And not just at the beginning. From day to day, week to week, and month to month. Our studio allows you design your program based on what you need, enjoy, and gives you plenty of options to mix up your routine so you never get bored! You don’t have to choose, you can blend together all the things you love in one place!

We don’t just know your goals, we know your passions, we know your worries, we know what you value, and we show up everyday to help you navigate the ebbs and flows of life. Not only in your fitness journey, but in life. Flex Force is a safe place to celebrate the unique gifts you bring to the world, and to challenge yourself to grow in all the ways you want to. We often say this is NOT a place you leave your shit at the door. It’s a place you bring that shit with you and in moving your body, you process things, heal things, and you learn how to accept being celebrated for where and who you are even on the hard days. We heal together, we grow together, and we continue to build a community and space that we love.

While we want your workouts to be stress free and designed for a busy life where you don’t have to constantly worry about if you’re doing things right to get to your goals, we also explain to you how to perform exercises correctly, how to engage your muscles to get the most out of every workout, and how to use different tools and training techniques to push through plateaus, create more volume, and keep your training routine fun and interesting.

Your workout should be unique as you. Throughout life we develop different training limitations. We have different joints that bother us, we live different lifestyles depending on our jobs, and we go through different periods of time that test us mentally and emotionally. You deserve a studio that allows you to adjust your program as needed and continues to be a place you can come when all of lifes challenges seem to try to get in the way.
