-PREFER A MORE HANDS ON APPROACH WITH MORE INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION THAN SMALL GROUP.

-NEED HELP ESTABLISHING MOVING PATTERNS OR CORRECTING THEM DUE TO LITTLE EXPERIENCE IN FITNESS OR CORRECTIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THEIR EXERCISE

All sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise requested.
You will have rotating trainers that keep extensive notes about your goals and progress. We do not assign trainers to specific clients.

At the beginning of 2023, I began searching for a local gym that fit my needs and lifestyle.
