For 8 years, I’ve been running Flex Force Training, continuing education and visiting as many gyms and boutique studios as possible. Over those years I’ve learned how to not only be a GOOD trainer but a GREAT trainer. Theres many components to being a great PT but many programs don’t focus on them. Our goal is to teach you not only how to keep your clients safe and get them results through exercise, but also keep them engaged, coming back, and have a great time doing it authentically to you. You will not just be consuming information but being immersed in it, creating your own style, so that you can integrate it seamlessly and confidently and work doing something you love.

Over 100 hours of instruction and immersion!


Upon completion- you will get the opportunity to become part of our team running private sessions, small groups, and classes. You may even be asked to help teach the next round of trainers!

You will be allowed to come back to ANY training any time we run it in the future- even if we add to it forever for free as long as we have the physical space.

Sundays will be our scheduled class days. Breaks and class days will be added as needed if necessary.
