Spin for a cause as we ride for little hearts💕
TUESDAY JANUARY 20TH, 2025 6:00-8:30PM
Each year Flex Force Training holds a local event, Pedal For A Purpose, where 15 teams of 4 people will take turns rotating in and out of our spin room and lifting weights at Flex Force Training in a competition to rack up miles for Philly Spin-In, a larger fundraiser to support innovative cardiac research for kids held in Philadelphia annually for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Our local fundraiser represents two bikes on the floor at Philadelphia Spin-In on March 7th, 2026 where we will be joined by hundreds of others who have held their own small fundraisers to contribute to this massive cause.
Last year our event was able to generate over $3,000 towards Philly Spin-In, and Philly Spin In was able to raise over 1.3 Million Dollars to assist families that need the help of this crucial life saving program. How The Relay Works
Teams of 4 riders will take turns on the spin bikes, challenging each other to rack up the miles in a fun and friendly relay format.
Cheer & Celebrate: Music, vendors, snacks & refreshments, raffle baskets, and a supportive community atmosphere will keep the energy high!

Team Registration Fees – Goal: $2,100 (60 riders)
Teams of 4 riders will register for $35 per persoN (15 TEAMS)

PARTICIPANTS DON’T HAVE TO BE A MEMBER AT FF TRAINING, OR HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SPIN BUT THEY DO HAVE TO CREATE A MINDBODY ACCOUNT TO SIGN A WAIVER! YOU CAN PURCHASE FOR A GUEST FROM YOUR DESKTOP!
2. Merchandise Sales – Goal: $310 (30 t-shirts)
